This place is located next to the Nobel Square in Malmö, with close distance to Möllevångstorget & Folkets Park. In 10 minutes you will get to central station with the expressbus no 5 that travles every 6 min. Two spacious rooms, a kitchen and two french balconies. Original wooden floor that meets the open atmosphere. The living room is cozy with a view to the large dining table(possible to make even bigger) and the light is generous with light from three directions. Finns: 1 st induktionshäll, kaffebryggare, pressobryggare. Kylskåp med likvärdigt stor frys finns. Wifi ingår. Säkerhet: Utrustat med larm, möjlighet till både hel-larm men även skalskydd. Hos mig är du alltid trygg ♥️ Host bor vägg i vägg. Har hundar (3små) samt barn på halvtid. Så har du husdjur är dessa också välkomna 😻

Close to the city center and in the hipp area Möllevången/Sofielund is this big two floor apartment located. You have great bars and restaurants around the corner and a bike ride to everything else. The big park Folkets Park a 10 min walk away. It’s perfect for kids to play and adults to hang. The aprt. is on 1th and 2nd floor. There is a backyard where you can barbecue and hang out. Bus no 5 passes by a couple of blocks away and it will take you to the ocean in 20 min.

The place is fully equipped and just a 5-10 minutes walk from the triangle station where you easily access Copenhagen in 20 minutes. You’ll find Malmös finest restaurants and bars just a couple of minutes away but since you are a couple of blocks away you don’t have to listen to the noise at night. The apartment is just 3 minutes away from Folkets park.
