If inside we ask they are not left inside alone , sit on the couches / beds and when outside, animals must be on lead as our farm animals are near by. We’ve added all the creature comforts we love so that your stay is care-free.

Lima South and Oak Gully are a great place for a quiet weekend getaway. A comfortable, self-contained flat with full kitchen, living&bedroom with double bed. We are a dog friendly host (unfortunately we have decided to not host cats) We are perfectly situated between Mansfield and Benalla. Mountainbiking and bushwalking, right at the doorstep or explore the wider area. 2km from Lake Nillahcootie. 50min from the base of Mt Buller. Benalla and Winton Raceway are 25 and 30mins away.
