T H E // C O O P After a year of bringing this beautiful 1800s building back to its former glory, we're delighted to finally offer it for holiday rental! This is a cosy cottage with a tiny house vibe nestled at the foot of the M O U R N E M O U N T A I N S and minutes from Silent Valley & the sea with private outside area and wood-fired hot tub. Situated adjacent to our Victorian farmhouse in a private location but within easy reach of the local shops and restaurants of Kilkeel & Annalong.

Stone Wall Cottage

200 year old cottage nestled in a white-washed courtyard, lovingly restored and brought to life. All the modern comforts integrated between stone walls and rustic beams in a beautiful rural setting. Located half a mile from Tollymore Forest and by car we are 5 mins from Mourne Mountains, 5 mins from Newcastle and 5 mins from Castlewellan. The cottage is in the midst of our working horse farm, horses, chickens, dogs and donkeys are all part of the family. Dogs and horses are welcome guests.

The Beach House Strangford

Unique and stunning self-catering cottage situated on Kilclief Beach, metres from the waves. This is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near Strangford - enjoy water sports (especially swimming), walking, cycling, bird watching, relaxing and much more in our cosy one-bedroom home. Certified by Tourism NI, all our rooms (except the bathroom!) have spectacular sea views. Restaurants only a short drive away with mountains, golf courses, nature reserves and much more within easy reach.

A home away from home, in the grounds of our family holiday home, the house is just 300m away from the entrance of Tollymore Forest Park. Unwind in the hot tub soaking in the dramatic view of the Mourne Mountains. Inside, relax in front of a cosy wood burning stove. Lively Newcastle town, with its many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants is less than 5 minutes drive away. Other attractions close by are Murlough Beach, Castlewellan forest Park & many walking, hiking & cycling trails.

Luxury Rural Retreat

Located in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the side of Cashel mountain and in the shadows of Slieve Gullion is our 200 year old cottage. Still with its original external features while modernised inside for a relaxing stay. A peaceful retreat away to explore the local countryside, with looping walks located beside Cashel lake and 10 minutes from Camlough lake we’ll know for its local swimming and water sports. It is located 15 minutes from both Newry and Dundalk.

The natural beauty of this private property displays a 360 degree view of the Mourne Mountains, Dramara and Slieve Croob Mountains, sea It offers the luxury of watching the stars whilst basking in the fresh spring water log burning private hot tub for an additional cost of £50 per day. Enjoy the setting of this romantic Luxury Mountain Escapes on a working sheep and cattle farm in the Dromara Hills, nestled in nature. Between Castlewellan and Dromara, 15min drive to Newcastle, 25min from Belfast. A couples retreat with a new electric hot tub in the middle of a mountain, sheep as the only possible disturbance. Our Free range hens, who give our guests eggs in our welcome pack. Look out for Honey the Falabella pony and afew goats.

With it's own private entrance for your safety "The Beeches" is located in a sought after residential area in its own grounds. We offer a private suite consisting of a bedroom with king size bed, a sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen, separate utility area with washing machine and dryer and a toilet/ shower room all of which are exclusive to the guest. Work desk and chair and high speed fibre broadband provided.
