Let us welcome you to 100 Acre Wood, a historic farm and working cattle ranch. Owl's House is a private and stylish guest house nestled within the trees and garden and offers 180° views. Our farm store is stocked with our own TX Longhorn beef and pasture-raised chicken and eggs, plus curated with local products. Stay at the end of a quiet, cozy, cul-de-sac while minutes from local attractions. Our house is conveniently located near casinos, Mystic, vineyards, Nature's Art Village, Naval Submarine Base, CT College, USCG Academy and several beaches. Enjoy the fire pit on our large deck under the gazebo year round. In the summer cool off in the pool. In the winter relax and enjoy some cozy time under the stars in the heated igloo. If you are a fan of golf, we are located right on the back 9 of the Norwich Golf course! Lake of Isles golf course is also about 15 minutes away.

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Our two-bedroom cape on the cove is a paradise for any birdwatcher, fisherman, or kayak enthusiast. We are located near any destination you may want (i.e. casinos), yet far enough off the beaten path to enjoy some peace and quiet. Listen to the birds and crickets by the firepit or take out our rentable kayaks for a morning paddle. Dogs welcome too! Pet fee is $50 per stay. Maximum 2 dogs. Maximum of 3 guests. Any unauthorized guest will be charged at $50/each.
