Situated in Neukölln, it is very close to a vibrant bar scene and via the S Bahn nothing in Berlin is further than 30 min. Rate includes 7,5% city tax PLUS 15.5% airbnb fees (23% in total). If you need to check in before 1600, often that is possible, same for checking out after 1100, however not always and we need to figure it out, just ask :). Please note: the flat is on the fifth floor and no lift.

we are going on vacation and renting our beautiful Loft in the heart of Neukölln. the loft has one bedroom with a queen size bed, a big bathtub and a big balcony overlooking the inner Block. the building is in the second courtyard away from the street and therefore very quiet and peaceful. this is a family house where jung Children live and therefore parties in the Loft are not allowed! there is another mattress you could put on the floor in the living room for 3/4 Person.
