Gut verbunden, aber dennoch fern ab vom Berliner Großstadttrubel liegt unser kleines Gästehaus. Mitten im Wald und nur zehn Gehminuten vom Müggelsee entfernt, bietet unser Haus die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub im Grünen oder für Tagesausflüge in die Stadt. Auf 30m² finden bis zu vier Personen ausreichend Platz und mit der gut ausgestatteten Küche, einem eigenen Bad und Kaminofen, sollten keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Wir freuen uns darauf Sie in Müggelheim willkommen zu heißen.

Landhaus in Berlin

Unser Haus ist zu jeder Jahreszeit ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort für Jedermann. Neben einer Gaszentralheizung kann man auch den grossen Kaminofen anfeuern und auch auf dem, mit Holz zu befeuernden, Herd kochen. Im Sommer halten wir in unserem schönen Blumen , Obst und Gemüsegarten eine grosse Liegewiese, eine BBQ Feuerschale mit Grillring und einem grossen Essplatz mit Sonnenschirm für Euch bereit. Wenn es mal regnet haben wir auch eine kleine gemütliche Terrasse mit Panoramafenster.

Die familienfreundliche Wohnung in der historischen Turmvilla mit Park im Südosten Berlins bietet den idealen Rückzugsort, gemeinsam die Hauptstadt zu erkunden. Mit einer großzügigen Wohnküche, Fußbodenheizung und Kamin lädt die Wohnung im Souterrain der Villa zu einem entspannten Aufenthalt ein. Das geräumige Bad mit Badewanne bietet Entspannung nach einem ereignisreichen Tag. Der eigene Eingang gewährleistet Unabhängigkeit, der Garten bietet Raum für Spiel und Entspannung im Freien.

Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant und alt, kein designer-tinyhouse. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

We rent out a comfortable and fully equipped A-Frame cabin only 5 minutes away from the Zernsdorfer Lake. The perfect place to relax in nature but still enjoy the sights ob Berlin. Enjoy the beautiful lake landscape of Brandenburg in summer or relax in front of the fireplace during the winter months.

I wanted a retreat for myself that offered everything I find important and enjoyable in a small space: A comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, storage space and a sofa for relaxing, and a large bathroom with a washing machine.
