A modern peaceful house with a pretty garden and free parking offering to book a stay for up to 2 Guests . Guests will use the entire house minus one locked private Host's bedroom . The Host will not be present in the House. The Guests will stay in a double bedroom upstairs to the right with 1 double bed and 1 single folding bed ( to be used as required ) There an allocated to the house 1 free parking space marked '60' Children under 12 years old are not allowed due to safety hazards .

Coachman’s Cottage is a converted Coach house and Harness room originally built in 1860. It is next door to the owner’s home. Southampton water is a short walk away, and the New Forest lies to the north. There are many local attractions near by including Exbury Gardens and the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu. The property is all on one level. Hythe is just over a mile away. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for guests in an adjacent building. Pub 200 mtrs walk away.

This property also has the New Forest a 20-30 min drive away. Or if you wanted somewhere closer to home, there’s the charming village of Hamble which is walkable. The cottage location is also steeped in history, with the site being home to the Royal Victoria Hospital.

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

The Old Hay Barn

Me and my Dad built a hay barn over thirty years ago to store hay, straw and feed for my horses. It has given me some great memories. Life changes meant I could not compete anymore. I created Rocket's Retreat in 2018. A holiday let . It has been a great success. So I decided to to create another. It is quirky, cosy and a bit different.
