Around the block on Dizengoff or Ben Yehuda St. you'll find great restaurants, bars, cafes, galleries and basically everything TLV has to offer. Mini Penthouse Sea Garden with terrace and seaview

This newly modern renovated (2020) and airconditioned mini penthouse (50m2) is on the 7th floor in the center of Netanya (quiet area), near the beach. The apartment can be reached by an elevator(no shabbat elevator) and has his own entrance. The penthouse has a private rooftop terrace (10m2) with sun and sea view. The bathroom has a rain shower. The walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the kikar ha'atsmaut. Supermarkets, bus station and mall are within walking distance.
