You would have the whole upstairs to yourself with a private door to come and go. You are also invited to use our pool at anytime! We're located very close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for miles of bike riding, PB Boulangerie Bistro, Marconi Beach, the iconic Wellfleet drive-in and so much more. Bedding, towels and essentials provided.

Its location in an ample yard insures comfort and privacy for your stay. The kitchen is equipped for stay-at-home dining. The owners live in a separate house on the property and are ready to provide you with knowledge of Chatham’s history and assist you in your explorations of the town or Cape Cod. Beautiful cottage nestled on a half-acre of waterfront property on Swan Pond. The dock offers direct water access. Available are two kayaks, a canoe and two paddleboards. The kitchen offers beautiful views of the water while you enjoy your morning coffee. Local beaches are just minutes away. Enjoy the hammock, swings, hot tub, grill, outdoor fire pits and cocktails on the deck. Wanderers' Rest is located close to bike trails, boat rentals, movie theaters, restaurants, and bars.

Cape Cod Heaven

Private one bedroom with full bath and balcony overlooking garden and a peek at the bay. Great location less than a mile from beautiful First Encounter Beach, a wonderful bay beach, and five minute walk to freshwater pond with sandy beach. Ocean beaches and bike trail close by. Bring your bikes or kayaks, or rent them, and enjoy all the Cape has to offer. Great for singles, couples, small families. Has a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. There is not a kitchen.

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

Classic Cape Cod Cottage

No cleaning fee! 15 min walk to the best bayside beach, Thumpertown Beach. The cottage is in a very peaceful wooded setting. A beautiful, charming 2 bedroom cottage 15 min walk to Thumpertown Beach. It's situated on a triple sized lot, close to the outer Cape's favorite attractions. Eastham is known as the Gateway to the Cape Cod National Seashore. Please note, from June 13 to September 6 we have a 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.

The Salt Pond Cottage

This is a free-standing private cottage that sleeps 2 comfortably. A spiral staircase leads up to a sleeping loft with a NEW QUEEN size Nectar bed! There is a full futon couch on the main level. The kitchen has everything you may need. The most spectacular thing about this home is its close proximity to the National Seashore. The salt pond, bike path, and freshwater ponds are also moments away!
