This spacious 2-bedroom/1-bathroom basement apartment is completely separate from upstairs unit. Private entrance located at the back of the house, all new appliances, and a modern feel. Wills Memorial Park is across the street and perfect for children of all ages. The property is only 5 minutes away from multiple grocery stores, sit-down eateries, and fast food chains.
