Unwind and enjoy the city in our Cozy and Clean Guest Studio! Your studio will include private keypad entry to 1 Bedroom (queen bed) & 1 Bathroom Suite complete with a smart TV, Kitchenette (including a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle & dishes/silverware) & desk workstation! We live in the main, separable part of the property and are excited for you to use our space as a home base for which to decompress or explore the city! Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

Ideal for a night or short stay, No 3rd-party bookings, Clean & Sober Living no drugs/alcohol/parties. Must be 21+ ID checked—book for a simple, calm stay!
