Cottage in south of Dresden

Homey house in the south of Dresden, in the beautiful green district of Plauen, about 6km away from the motorway exit Südvorstadt, 3,5 km to the city center. Shopping for daily needs can be reached in about 5 minutes. Younger guests are our rabbits to know who live in our garden. A sandbox with toys, a selection of games, many picture books, etc. are waiting for you. The cottage stands in a garden, which is also used by the owners. The house has one room with a built-in bunk beds and a fold-out couch (1.20 x 1.90). A baby travel bed incl. Bedding can be provided. The bathroom has a power shower. In the house there is a small kitchenette. There is a zweiflammiges induction field. In addition, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. On the street in front of our house you will find free parking. From our house you are with the car in 10 minutes in the city center. Train and bus, which also drive to the city center and the main train station, walk in Reichl. 5 minutes. Also, the TU-terrain is easily accessible by us by bus or tram. For Haltepkt Plauen you go 500 meters. Bakeries, are also open on Sundays, discounters, etc., can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes by car two or three Fahrminuten. Super Italian, Turkish, Greek restaurants are located nearby. Not far from there is a very good cafe with tasty Eis. In front of our house is the park "Hoher Stein". The Erzgebirge is ideal for skiing, sledding and hiking. The Saxon Switzerland can be reached by car in twenty minutes. In a short time we are also in Pillnitz, Radebeul, Moritzburg or Meissen.

Die Wohnung ist mit zwei getrennten Schlafbereichen ideal für Familien und Gruppen von 4 Personen. Sie erreichen fußläufig sowohl die kulturell und architektonisch einmalige Altstadt, als auch das lebendige Szeneviertel der Äußeren Neustadt.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt im schönen kleinen Städtchen Radeberg, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Dresden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, wie Zug und Bus sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen und bringen Sie direkt in das alte, barocke Stadtzentrum von Dresden mit seinen historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber auch in die Sächsische Schweiz, nach Moritzburg oder zu einem der vielen anderen Highlights in der Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gaststätten und Ärzte finden Sie in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Mediterranes Kleinod im Herzen von Dresden

Unser Haus liegt im im Zentrum von Dresden (ca. 800m vom HBH) und trotzdem ruhig und im Grünen. Es hat ein großes und ein kleines Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC und ein Gäste WC. Ideal für Einzelpersonen, Paare und Familien mit 1-2 Kindern. Die 4 Fahrräder und der Grill können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Straßenbahnhaltestellen, Supermärkte und Restaurants sind gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist kein reines Ferienhaus es sind auch private Sachen von uns vorhanden.

A cosy apartment for 2 guests 20 minutes away (by foot) from the city centre and 10 minutes away from the Dresden Mitte station. It's a quiet area that promises a break away from everything. Situated on the top floor, this means that you will not have any neighbours disturbing you. With a supermarket just around the corner, and a lovely cafe right by the hospital, you can get everything you need by staying here. Please note that this building has no elevator.

Es befindet sich im 4. Stock im Dachgeschoss. Im Apartment gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, einen kurzen Flur und eine Küche, die man über den Wohn/Schlafraum erreichen kann. Ein Balkon ist ebenfalls vorhanden, der besonders zum verweilen einlädt.

The apartment is located on the second floor (bel étage) in an old building from 1905, which has been lovingly and stylishly restored. All rooms are spacious. From the bedroom and the balcony you have a view of the Elbe, which here makes a wide arc around the Ostragehe. The double bed in the bedroom measures 180 x 200 cm. The kitchen is integrated in the living room. There is also a dining table, a sofa bed and a television armchair.
