This charming cottage features two cozy bedrooms: one with a king bed and TV, and the other with a queen bed plus a workspace if you need to catch up on work, but hopefully you don’t! Relax in the fully fenced backyard, perfect for evening gatherings. Come stay at our downtown cottage and experience the best of the city!

Bring your water toys or rental is available. Soak up some sun during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. You can expect our property to be perfectly clean! We hope that you will find this home a comfortable and relaxing place to unwind. Lower level 2 bdrm 1 bth only has exterior access.

The Lawson Suite (private, with separate entry)

The Lawson Home is close to Lake Norman, and is perfect summer or Fall getaway. Lake Norman has so much to offer! Boating, and jet ski rentals are near by , or just enjoy exploring the quaint town of Mooresville, which offers shopping, restaurants. lake Norman State Park for hiking and Biking. Daveste Vineyard, Raffaldini Vineyard, Lazy Five Ranch, and so much more! We do allow smaller dogs only. With a one time fee of $50. The suite is not suitable for larger dogs. Only one pet please.

ROYAL GOOSE 1- bedroom treehouse.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.
