Private parking space, Netflix , Hot Tub, bath, Washing Machine, Cooker, Hob, Fridge, and Sofa Bed are a few of the amenities the Nest has to offer.

Newly refurbished spacious ground floor apartment in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Purpose built self contained studio flat to sleep two persons comfortably. Modern kitchen and bathroom with rain drop shower. Pop up table and stools for dining, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, hob, oven and fridge freezer. Located very centrally with a Co-op at end of the road with a bus stop going direct to town center perfect transport links, adjacent to heath and forest area, lots of parking and space. New paint and refresh as of Dec 2024

Guest house in Poole

15 min drive from the nearest beach the guest house has a double 4’ 6” bed, sofa area with TV, DVD player & virgin TV. Brickwork fireplace built in 1910s gives character. Has kitchenette area & bathroom with electric shower. Suitable for 1-2 adults sharing the double bed, or 2 adults sharing the bed & 1 on the sofa bed. Sofa bed mattress is basic - 4” thick & best for a child but an adult can sleep on there if you are happy with that.
