The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The apartment is located in the beautiful Costa-Saragozza neighborhood 200 m. from the city walls.At 100 m. there are bus stops going to the city center or to the station. On foot in 5 min. you are immediately inside the walls between the gates of Sant'Isaia, San Felice and del Pratello streets. Equipped with an independent entrance. It's possible to parking near the apartment at 7 euros for day or in Municipal Parking(5 euros per day). There is breakfast for the first day of accommodation.

THE "BED AND FRIEND" was born in Bologna in 2016, family-run, managed by Andrea and Valeria. The house consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, furnished in a shabby chic and modern style. It is located just outside the walls of the historic center (exit 6 of the ring road), 1km from the central station, 400m from Villa Erbosa, 2.3km from the trade fair complex, 1.2km from via Indipendenza (the city centre) in Only 2 ring road exits from the airport.
