The Wye Valley Walk passes the house, and the hourly bus between Chepstow and Monmouth stops just metres away. Pat's Flat: a converted Pig Barn located on a peaceful farm, within the beautiful Wye Valley AONB. The historic towns of Monmouth and Ross on Wye, the river and Forest of Dean with their outdoor leisure activities - canoeing, paddle boarding, hiking, biking - are easily accessible. A couple of pubs, eateries and village shop are within a few miles walk. Sorry - no pets - this is a working farm and there are friendly Labradors in the adjoining property who are likely to come and say hello.

The Laundry barn is a recently converted Grade II listed building, dating back to the 1800’s it was originally built to do the laundry for the village estate. It has been converted to the highest standard and while retaining many of the original features that make the building so unique it now boasts all the comforts of modern living such as underfloor heating, wifi, wood burner and hot tub. Set in the beautiful Monmouthshire countryside, providing easy access to all the area has to offer.

Walking distance to Monmouth town centre, with all local amenities, and the Royal Oak pub a 5 minute walk away. King size bed, in addition option to sleep up to 2 additional people on sofa bed & fold out bed. Mini fridge, kettle, toaster, private entrance to front of property, parking to side. Sensational country walks and cycling straight from the property, but only 3 minutes from the M5 for maximum accessibility to the local areas of Bath, Bristol, Chepstow and Gloucester.
