Hiking trails nearby and the White Mountains are only 30 minutes north. 30 minutes to Ragged Mountain and Tenney Mountain and 35 to Gunstock for winter skiing. Hiking, kayaking, swimming, ice skating, cross country skiing from back door. Ski resorts 18 & 28 miles away. Night life resort towns 6 miles away. I live in this house and my neighbors are my friends, so no loud, throbbing music out on the deck or loud yelling, screaming, cursing. (You can curse under your breath all you want).
