Our house is in town and close to diners, restaurants, library, the airport, golf course, parks, the Eisenhower locks, and for adults who enjoy gaming and/or bingo the Akwesasna Mohawk Casino Resort is 15 minutes down the road. Summer offers swimming, fishing tournaments and boating while winters have skiing, skating and snowmobiling. Our basement is finished and has a sitting area with a large screened TV. There is a bar, jukebox, table and booth set up, foos ball, and dart board.

This well loved family-friendly river cottage is ready for you. The river is just steps from the house with breath taking views and sunsets to remember. Great fishing from the waterfront and dock. This bright and airy upstairs apartment is charming and inviting. You’ll have everything you need for a lovely stay. Each room has a queen sized bed and there are 2 roll-away cots. Close to state trails, the Eisenhower Locks, Massena Intake boat launch, and only a few miles out of town. It sits on the Grasse River on a dead end road, and has plenty of room for boaters with a trailer.

Secluded River Overlook Cabin on 160 acres

Newly constructed in 2020. Lots of windows to gaze out at the wild and scenic St Regis River. Private 160 acre forest haven, 4 miles of hiking trails, private fire pit picnic table and swim hole in summer! The cabin is 24x40 with two stories and a large screened in porch. Solar power with generator back up. Delicious water from an artisan well. Arrive frazzled depart dazzled!
