Aspra Chomata Villas are a complex of two independent houses of 50 sq.m. each one. They are built within a five-acre estate overgrown with centuries-old olive trees in boho Cycladic architecture and aesthetics with a few touches of an earthy village element. In 500m there are sandy isolated beaches and in 3 klm there is one of the most beautiful organized beach of South Evia, "Agia Paraskevi". The house is built in an autonomous yard of 650m and has a shaded sitting veranda of 25m2 where you can rest, and enjoy endless blue . The place is also called OSMAES.
