This cosy Grade II listed 17th century cottage is next to the village church of Campsea Ashe and is ideally located for Suffolk's beautiful heritage coast, heathlands and forests, as well as Snape Maltings, Orford, Aldeburgh and Woodbridge. Adjoining Smithy House and the old forge, it has lots of character with a carefully curated interior, a wood burning stove, and use of a private part of the garden. It is a 6 minute walk from the train station, the Station House Café and the village pub.

You’ll love my place because of the special outdoors space we have on this estate of 7 acres, especially the light, the spacious kitchen, the beds which are especially comfy having relyon memory foam mattresses. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).
