We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. We have electricity, good well water, laundry, and WIFI! Escape from the storm with everyday luxuries, and a gorgeous view. Check out nearby area's open for business, including Black Mountain, Marion, Blowing Rock, Nantahala, and our sweet local Brewery Hillmann!!! Limit one load of laundry per night. FYI, you share the yard with our other guests and our 3 sweet dogs.

Deep Woods Studio

Enjoy our peaceful ground-level apartment. My house is located just outside of town in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. You can visit Lake James or the riverside Greenway, but you will get plenty of nature right in the yard. I love feeding the birds and other critters so you will see bluejays, cardinals, squirrels, deer, and one very fat groundhog.
