Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. Marina da Gama is close to the famous surfer beach of Muizenberg , the pittoresk Kalkbay , on the way to Cape Point or the Winelands driving along the ocean beaches of False Bay. Driving to Town is uncomplicated and takes 20 min.

Kalk Bay is a small village clustered around a working harbour and close to 3 fabulous, white beaches and 3 world-class golf courses. It has narrow cobbled streets and small, independent shops selling clothing and homeware, coffee and ice cream. It's cheerful, colourful, and crammed with places to eat and drink really well, pretty inexpensively too. Walking paths take you up the mountain or to the tidal pools and beaches. Just Kalk Bay is a treat of a holiday!
