Relax in a central location of Ocean Grove, a flat 10 min walk to Main St. Located 900m to one of our beautiful Surf Beach’s, an ideal location to enjoy all that the Bellarine Peninsula offers. Enjoy local produce from makers and growers at almost 50 food and wine destinations in the region. We provide a large comfy, light filled room with a separate large bathroom. There is a north facing courtyard. The area is totally private, allowing our guests to interact with us at their own level.

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

Due to the heritage of the building no built in cooking facilities are available but our breakfast bar features a microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery.
