This bed sit looks out two large windows/doors, onto beautiful bush and a creek bordered by huge manna gums. The main house's back garden surrounds the unit which is full of light and beauty. There is a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom and a small kitchen area with a microwave, jug, toaster, sandwich maker and bar fridge and a small couch with a large TV. There is also a small desk for work. It is cleaned under AirB&B procedures ; a beautiful space, with a private entrance.

Comfortable 1980’s house in original condition with three-bedrooms situated at the end of a quiet Cul-der-sac in leafy green Eltham. Walking distance to Montsalvat and approximately 1.5 km to Eltham train station, buses and Eltham Town Square. It is a 40 minute trip to the city by train.
