One bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and dresser/closet. The other room is small and has a twin size bed with a trundle.You have access to a full kitchen and dining table and coffee bar. NO PETS are allowed but a reputable kennel is 1/2 mile away. No events or gatherings allowed. NO TRAILERS allowed.

It is located in a building that we own and is directly above our boutique retail store. The center city location (almost everything is walkable) is perfect for travelers, so we renovated it into a guest house!

Swallow Cottage Private Suite

While located on a private country spot, we are a walk, bike ride, or short drive to the charming town center of LItitz, Pa. While we welcome well behaved dogs, so long as they are neutered or spayed, we cannot accommodate cats. Please don’t forget to list your dog in your reservation if you are bringing one. Infants are welcome if they are not yet walking. We can provide a pack and play.
