There are board games, three large TVs with Netflix and cable, a firepit, grill, fully stocked kitchen, etc. Outdoor activities nearby: mountain biking, road biking, running on paved paths directly in front of the house, hiking and more!. Turning to the right you can see Hopcat, the new movie theater, and several other brand new shops, breweries, and restaurants all within a few steps.
