It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Haus Kordula

Das geräumige Wohnhaus in Losheim am See lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden bestehende Elemente sorgfältig um neue Einrichtungsgegenstände ergänzt. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem Bad im Obergeschoß und einem barrierefreien Bad im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar. Zwei Wohn- und ein Esszimmer runden das Erdgeschoß ab. Ein Balkon und der Garten laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.

Nice, bright and quiet attic apartment

The upper floor belongs completely to you. There is enough parking space behind the house and parking for motorbikes and bicycles also. The garden in front of and behind the house may be used with pleasure. Our house is in a quiet side street. Nearby is a Rewe - open until 9pm. Directly in front of the house runs the Hochwald bike path and lots of hiking trails. Brochures about the variety of leisure activities are out. The apartment is flooded with light and is located on the 1st floor.

Das Bienenmelkers-Inn ist eine moderne und hochwertig eingerichtete, 2023 komplett sanierte, Ferienwohnung. Diese hat 80 qm Wohnfläche, zusätzlichen Stauraum, einen separaten Eingang und einen eigenen Gartenbereich. Sie befindet sich in einem ca. 1920 erbauten Wohnhaus in der Ortsmitte von Piesbach, am Fuße des Litermonts. Gerne bieten wir bei Interesse Einblick in ein Bienenvolk unserer Hobby-Imkerei und geben Informationen zur Honiggewinnung und Bienenhaltung (wetter-/saisonabhängig).
