Bv: kök, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa 130cm samt badrum. Loft: sovrum, 2 bäddar. 6 min gångväg t. sjukhuset, ca 12 min t. Lund C. Parkeringsplats finns.

Denna lilla studiolägenhet (16 kvm - 1 rum med duschrum och kokvrå) ligger på Nobeltorget nära Folkets Park. Endast tio minuter med buss från centralstationen och 20 min promenad till downtown. Citycyklar och tre olika busslinjer utanför huset! Du får tillgång till en lummig trädgård med grillplats, ett lusthus och du kan till och med unna dig en avslappnande och rogivande stund i vår relaxavdelning med bastu, bubbelpool & massagefåtölj. I Lomma finns mysiga små kvarter, en hamn, flera badplatser, restauranger, cafeer, systembolag, fin sandstrand och aktiviteter för alla åldrar. För dig som gillar vattensporter SUP, Kite eller Windsurfing är Lomma fantastiskt! Ca 200 m från Lommas badstrand, 5 min promenad till Lomma centrum, tåg- och busstation. Nära till flera välsorterade mataffärer och restauranger inom 5 min promenadavstånd.

Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Idyllic house outside Lund/Malmö

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Stay in the countryside, 15 min to central Malmö

Välkommen till vårt fridfulla gästhus i Nordanå, döpt efter vårt pampiga åttio år gamla kinesiska sekvojaträd. På landet men nära staden. Tio km till centrala Malmö och två km till närmaste köpcenter med stor mataffär, många affärer, shopping och snabbmatsrestauranger. Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.

Tinyhouse i en lugn by

Ett egenbyggt och härligt Tinyhouse i vår trädgård, i ett lugnt bostadsområde. Gratis parkering och wifi. Tillgång till lekplats i vår trädgård om så önskas. Det finns utemöbler och möjlighet att grilla. Här finns även laddare till elbil som kan lånas mot en kostnad. Fem minuters gångavstånd till både affär och pizzeria. 7 minuter från E6:an motorväg. Ca 1 mil till närmsta stad, Landskrona, där det finns fina badplatser, shopping och mycket annat.

Studio Apartment 7Heaven

Lovely and newly built modern apartment with all the facilities you need. Located in a peaceful area close to supermarkets, parks and beautiful nature. At same time close to the heart of Malmö. Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds. Longer terms staying guests will have access to laundry room.

This place is close to Malmö airport/ Sturup, the nature, the ´Vismarslöv Café & Bagarstuga´, the lakes for swimming and fishing and the countryside life. You’ll love this house because of the views, the outdoors space and the calming ambiance. Our home is good for nature lovers & couples. Our garden have several fruit trees and berry bushes so feel free to harvest the fruits and berries depending of the season.
