Guesthouse " 't Hooyslag" is situated in one of the most quiet parts of the Netherlands, near a few old historic towns (Lochem, Zutphen, Deventer). Once in a while we experience a little bit noise from our neighbour excavation company, but it never lasts long(URL HIDDEN)The place is ideal for walking and biking. The living room contains a kitchenette (double electrical hot plate, refrigerator, Nespresso-coffee- and filtercoffeemachine, microwave, dishes, pots & pans) and all the necessary equipment and bathroom with shower. The property is suitable for 2 persons. There is a separate bedroom with a bed for 2 persons, 2.10 x 1.60m. An extra campcotande a baby cot is available. Bedlinen and towels are provided. Breakfast is not included: however we can supply all the ingredients for a nice breakfast! We charge 5 euros for a breakfast. The house is in an impeccable state in terms of tidiness and cleanliness. Accessibility: nearest railway station is Lochem. ( about 20 minutes by bike to our place). Of course we can collect you from the station. Please ask details in advance. You can reach the railway station in about 1.5 hour from airport Schiphol. When using a routeplanner you sometimes will be directed to drive to our house along the "Bouwdijk". This is a sandy road in bad condition that not should be used. The easiest access is from the village Exel, taking the Exelseweg.

Guesthouse in oude boerderij met zwemvijver

Sinds juli 2020 is ons gastenverblijf geopend voor boekingen: Een gerenoveerde oude stal, gelegen op het terrein van onze boerderij uit 1804, gelegen op 4,5 hectare grasland. Ideaal voor 1-4 personen, een 5de gast is welkom. 2 Tweepersoonsbedden + 1 stretcher. Op aanvraag: 1 kinderbed en 1 reisbed. Het is volledig onafhankelijk. De stal is gerenoveerd met behoud van originele materialen, trendy interieur en een waanzinnig uitzicht over onze tuin. * Onze tuin is ook te boeken als shootlocatie

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Luxe bosrijk vakantiehuis met sauna

Het Vogelhuisje ligt op één van de rustigste plekjes van het natuurpark Bosrijk Ruighenrode. In de vrijliggende tuin zie je vrijwel altijd eekhoorns en vogels. Drie van de vier slaapkamers, een badkamer (de douche is in bad) en apart toilet liggen op de begane grond. De luxe badkamer boven heeft een infraroodsauna en een douche-/stoomcabine. Het huisje is kindvriendelijk en ruim van opzet. Fijne handdoeken, beddengoed en veel basisvoorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Het huisje is huisdiervrij.

Houten huisje, gelegen in bosrijke omgeving

Een mooie, zelfgebouwde, blokhut, ingericht voor 2 personen. Het ligt in het Stavasterbos, een kleinschalig park, nabij Lochem. De blokhut heeft één 2 persoonskamer met een bed van 1.80 breed met 2 dekbedden. Het huisje heeft een tuin van circa 350 m2. Op het park is een bistro gelegen. Verder zijn er geen algemene voorzieningen. Het huisje is 3 km vanaf het centrum en ligt tegen een mooi bosgebied aan. Er is een klein schuurtje aanwezig om eventueel 2 fietsen in op te bergen.

Het Kleine Huuske

Het Kleine Huuske is een klein maar compleet huisje bij ons in de tuin. Je slaapt in een knusse bedstee en wordt 's ochtends wakker met vogelgezang. Het huisje beschikt over een klein keukentje dat is ingericht met een inductieplaat en een kleine oven voor bijvoorbeeld het afbakken van broodjes in de ochtend. Er is gratis wifi, en een tv met chromecast zodat je je eigen series kan kijken. Buiten is er een terrasje met twee stoelen, een tafeltje en eventueel een vuurkorf.

Kampeerbungalow De Westlander

De kampeerbungalow is een eenvoudig ingerichte overnachtingsplek voor maximaal 4 personen en bevat een tweepersoonsbed (2 matrassen van 80 cm), een eenpersoonsbed en er is een extra bed in het woonvertrek te plaatsen. De slaapvertrekken zijn door middel van een houten tussenwand van elkaar gescheiden. De bungalow is gemaakt van hout en heeft een dak gemaakt van dik (vrachtwagen) zeil zodat u ook tijdens de wat vochtigere dagen heerlijk droog in deze accommodatie kunt verblijven.

It is a few steps away from the IJssel and within walking distance of the historic center of Zutphen and the station. Zutphen is at home in all markets. Speaking of market; the market on Thursday and Saturday in the center is worth a stroll. Cycling with the wind in your hair in the countryside or to a museum or theater. Relax or work. Everything is possible in Zutphen!

A spacious shower room, with ample hot water to freshen up before dinner or a drink in the living room. Lounge on one of two sofas in front of the open fire. Prepare dinner in the open plan kitchen and eat in the custom dining corner.

Cozy cottage in nature & privacy, with hottub

The perfect place to relax and enjoy the green nature. Hidden in our farmyard, in the middle of the scenic landscape between de cities Deventer, Zutphen and Lochem. You have an unobstructed view from the cottage and you can enjoy this unique place in the hot tub. Changeover days are mostly on monday and friday. We provide bed linen, towels and kitchen supplies. We rent the hot tub separately, ask for it when booking.
