Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Stay in a unique and cozy tiny cabin called ‘The Downshift’ inside beautiful Blowing Springs Park and campground near other tent and RV sites. The Downshift tiny cabin is complete with a double bed, small bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Sit on the deck or enjoy your fire ring and picnic table. The tiny cabin is in a private park in the Ozarks featuring world class mountain biking/ hiking trailheads to The Back Forty and Blowing Springs trails.

Central to Crystal Bridges, Top Golf, Walmart home offices. Bedding is: 1 queen bed, full size sofa bed, and twin mattress (stored under the queen bed). The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your enjoyment. Trail-bike storage can be arranged in advance. Come and “BEE” our guest.
