Come relax in my Park Forest house near to everything the area has to offer. Enjoy walking through the neighborhood, stopping at the local parks for the kids, or to get your morning cup of coffee at Starbucks. The house is well situated to head out to Rothrock Forest for hiking and biking, or to head to the stadium. Please note: this house is strictly NO partying. If you plan to bar hop and bring the fun back -- don't book this house. While you're staying, you'll have the house to yourselves.

Sleeps 10 (3 queen beds, 1 queen futon, 1 queen air mattress). We live very close by and we'll go out of our way to ensure you have a great stay in Happy Valley! This residency also happens to be walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and other convenient locations! It’s close to the bus route to downtown, Bryce Jordan Center, Beaver stadium & the community pool.

The Warm and Cozy Cottage is a small house with lots of charm! Located in a quiet neighborhood with a backyard for kids to play and gig speed internet, the cottage is perfect for working and relaxing! The cottage is a 10 minute drive from downtown State College/PSU campus and there is a bike path and playgrounds nearby. Our house is NOT a party house and is a strict NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.
