Located near a mangrove natural reserve which allows you to observe Grag King Birds, Puertorrican Todies, Warblers, Braad-winged Hawks, Puertorican Parrots, Mocking birds, Ground Doves and you will also see roosters and hens. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.
