Huset ligger på en mindre befærdet vej med 300 meter til indkøbscenter, der indeholdende supermarkeder, bager, apotek og lægehus. Tæt på huset findes områdets bedste badestrand med fri adgang til badebro og legeplads. Husets have kan benyttes til leg og der er havemøbler i den tilhørende gårdhave. I en afstand af ca. 20 km findes de større byer Sønderborg, Aabenraa og Flensborg.

Langballig is a small village with about 1400 inhabitants on the Flensburg Fjord. Everything you need for daily life can be found within walking distance of 5-10 minutes (including supermarket, pharmacy, ATMs, bakery, tourist information).

The holiday home is located in the north of Schleswig-Holsteins, in the spa Glücksburg, directly at the Baltic Sea. From the patio along the backside of the house you have a really great view on a nature reserve with a nice lake. Nearby the house is a variety of good restaurants and there is a lot of space for your activities. Enjoy the silence and the peace in our comfortably furnished holiday home. At the same time, close to the Higway, so you can get on quickly.

Rigtig flot og charmerende, cirkusvogn med bred dobbeltseng. Isoleret og indlagt varme. Kun 350 m fra dejlig badestrand og skov samt Gendarmstien. Prisen er incl. morgenmad(hjemmebagte økologiske boller m.m.) Kaffe og te til fri afbenyttelse samt sengetøj og håndklæder. Parkeringsplads lige ved siden af cirkusvognen. 300 m til offentlig transport med bus nr. 110 fra Sønderborg, Gråsten og Flensborg.
