This area begins 8th Street with amazing shops, pubs and restaurants. We have given it a gorgeous 21st Century overhall. A block away from lakeside Kollen play park and Boatwerks Restaurant with waterside seating. This location offers quick access to business and boating. Come enjoy a fun downtown stay.
