The location is very good, you will cut through Avenue Shopping Center on Second Road and the beach is about 5 minutes walk. go to Walking Street by motorbike taxi 5 minute.walking go to CentralFestival Pattaya Beach about 10 minute The place was very clean as pictured in the photos. There is a view of the lovely pool from the windows and balcony. The king size bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds

comfy lakeside apartment

we are in a quiet beautiful community nearby the lake, which has many restaurants and other things to enjoy. on the property there is a large space to chill on the sala or swim in the pool. its very peaceful and amazing skies. the apartment is on one floor and is recently renovated. we have a few nice natural spots around the property to chill in. Near the house is maprachan lake with an exercise track and can rent bicycles to ride around it for 50 baht we currently do not have hot water.
