Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

Close proximity to major Hospitals, Medical centers and University. Take a short walk to restaurants or the beautiful Buckingham Pond walking paths. Unit sleeps two or have some guests visit and utilize the pull out couch in the Livingroom. Full Kitchen with breakfast bar that could double as a great location for remote working.
