Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

On arrival, sit on the balcony, enjoy the stunning views, whilst enjoying a local ale or a hot drink with home baked cake (if the weather is inclement the view from the Breakfast Bar is equally special). Beautiful shepherd's hut set in stunning rural surroundings on the host family's organic beef and sheep farm. Rustic and comfortable. With wonderful views, log burner and stove, king size bed and fold-down table. Plus wood-fired hot tub, fire pit, outdoor shower and eco toilet. Off-grid (no wifi). You have a private entrance (and key) and your own use of a large bedroom/sitting room plus en-suite with shower and toilet, also a silent fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities.
