Die zahlreichen Einkaufs-möglichkeiten, Boutiquen, Restaurants und Touristeninformationen erreichen Sie bequem zu Fuß.Die Fewo ist 35m² gross mit Wohn-Essbereich, Schlafzimmer,Duschbad und einer schönen Terrasse mit Loungemöbel und Sonne bis in den Abensstunden.

Sie hat einen separaten Eingang, einen eigenen Garten und einen schönen Sitzplatz hinter dem Haus. Liebevoll eingerichtet, ist sie zu jeder Jahreszeit bestens zum Erholen und Entspannen oder zum Arbeiten geeignet. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren in die nahe Umgebung oder Ausflüge Richtung Usedom.

Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.
