Modernized Apartment with Private Balcony

The 80 sq.m. (861 sq.ft.) apartment was renovated in June 2017. It has two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and a larger than average sized bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances (refrigerator, dish washer, stove, microwave oven, toaster). The apartment can easily accommodate 4 people and families are welcome. Because of the renovation our guests, will be able to enjoy the sense of the old Athenian apartment (large windows, hardwood floors) with the modern day amenities! Apart from the apartment our guests are welcome to use our rooftop where one can relax or enjoy one of the day's meals. As more apartments are available in the same building for rent, families or friends traveling together can staytogether! As this is a family-owned building one of us will be readily available should any advice be needed or any problems arise. We are very discrete and willing to help our guests with any questions they might have regarding the apartment or their Athens stay in general. The apartment is located right behind the National Gallery and very close to the Byzantine Museum, one of Athens' most beautiful cultural spots. There are numerous small bars and restaurants in the the area, while Kolonaki is a 10 minute walk away. The metro is the best way to get around in Athens but there are also numerous bus stops very close to the apartment. If you are visiting by car, we have limited free parking for our guests!

The little white flat is carefully decorated to ensue harmony and functionality while you enjoy your stay in a minimal but comfortable setting in the city of Athens. Newly refurbished, fully contemporary furbished comfortable, cozy, bright and shiny. Pangrati is one of the liveliest districts in the center of Athens. A local market is just two minutes away, along with shops, supermarkets, and bakeries. It is close to the National Garden, the Zappeion, the Acropolis Museum, and Syntagma Square and the new museum B&E Goulandris Foundation.

The place contains of only one room, kitchen,small bathroom, small reception hall and it's quiet small decorated balcony at the 5th floor with very quiet yards of buildings at the ground floor with trees and plants around. Very relaxing for a couple and a single person that needs to work at the desk of the bedroom, or at the balcony's table. It is a very touristic zone and route to Acropolis 2km away.
