Private Bathroom, walk-in shower and a small kitchen area with hot plate, pots pans, coffee maker, microwave & refrigerator. Nice outside patio with fire pit & acres to roam!

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Renovated vintage Airstream with hot tub and all the amenities for glamping in a peaceful, natural backyard setting conveniently located near local beaches and historic downtown Wilmington. This beautifully updated 26’ 1974 Airstream Argosy sleeps up to four on two pull-out full-size beds and features modern amenities throughout, including a/c and heat, internet, with access to Netflix/streaming television. Relax after a long day of fun in the hot tub or cozy up by the fire pit.

Spend the day riding the provided mountain bikes on the Cape Fear River Trail just outside the neighborhood entrance. The Riverfront cottage is centrally located to I-95 & 295, Methodist University, Fort Liberty, & downtown Fayetteville.
