This is an older home. There are permanent stains in the sink and tubs. We are trying to work on other areas of the home as much as we can. We have blackout curtains/shades in the entire home. We have WiFi, Disney plus, ESPN +, Hulu, and items you would need to cook, shower, or clean dishes. We have a washer and dryer (no detergent or fabric softener is supplied anymore unfortunately). We also have a keypad entry for your convenience to check in anytime after check in time, so no need to rush.

Location is excellent! This upscale neighborhood is near everything, the military base, very close to the best restaurants Jacksonville has to offer! Plus not far from the beach too! This home has all amenities such as fireplace, dining/living room, jet tub in master bedroom, covered front porch with rocking chairs, bar area, full dining room &, private screened in back porch facing the peaceful woods, gas fire pit, gas grill, huge fenced in deck & enjoy private hottub overlooking the woods!

Welcome to Jacksonville, home of camp lejeune. Our location is located 5 miles from the heart of town. This is a quiet neighborhood where people wave when you drive by. Located off of gum branch road. Enjoy this 3 bedroom 2 bath home on a corner lot with a big fenced in yard and new trex decking. We are 1.5 miles away from grocery stores, gas stations and fast food restaurants. Baby friendly items include high chair and stroller. Enjoy country living in the little big town of Jacksonville.

Making Waves

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. It also has a laundry room. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches within 35 miles.

Relax in the country with all the amenities: HOT TUB, POOL, pool table, amazing sunsets and stars at night, bball goal, volleyball, firepit, Grill, stocked Pond w/ row boat, walking or atv trail, and a large deck. While visiting your Marine (20 miles to Camp Lejeune) or on a vacation at this private piece of paradise (8 Acres), 20 mins to main gate or 25 mins to New River. Beach is only 25 Mins away. The Little pond is stocked. No parties or events allowed at property, thank you.

“Down by the Bay” is a great place to call home regardless of how short your stay! This home sits in a family friendly neighborhood that is in walking distance to Wilson Bay Park, Sturgeon City and the Riverwalk area of downtown Jacksonville. Very close, as well, to Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station and Beirut Memorial. If Kayaking is your thing, check out the pictures! Public kayak ramps are available at Sturgeon City. Less than 1/2 mile away.

Spacious home in a quiet friendly court located only minutes from Camp Lejeune, Camp Gieger and the Marine Corps Air Station, New River.
