Enjoy your stay in Mason at our third floor walk-up loft apartment located above our business, The Vault Deli. Apt. 3B two bedrooms each with queen beds, one pull-out queen sofa. Two full baths Walkable to many shops including Bestsellers, our bookstore serving espresso drinks, beer, wine and cocktails. And The Vault Deli with gourmet sandwiches. The building was built in 1870 and renovated in 2016 for residential use with hardwood and tile flooring, granite countertop, and air conditioning.

A massive hot tub that we probably splurged a hair heavy on. But what we call an investment, you will call the best part of your trip.

NO SMOKING of any kind are allowed. IF YOU Would smoke, you will be fine $500.

Nestled in a quiet setting surrounded by large pine trees, this cottage-like home is a short drive to everything: Downtown East Lansing: 10 min. MSU campus: 10 min. Downtown Lansing: 15 min. A beautiful old home in wonderful condition. The property is on the Grand River in the newly developed Reo Town area. The property accesses the Lansing River Trail and Moores River park. . 10 minutes to East Lansing and MSU campus. Full cable with all movie channels in main room. The river trail will take you to campus by bike in 20 minutes. PETS ARE WELCOME, I have a extra queen bed and a single bed in the basement. Not fancy but clean with a small small bathroom there.
