Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Unser charmantes Stadthaus aus dem 19. Jh. liegt im Herzen der mittelfränkischen Kleinstadt Lauf a. d. Pegnitz direkt neben dem historischen Wenzelschloss. Es verbindet alte Sandsteinmauern mit urbanem Lifestyle. In direkter Laufumgebung befindet sich die Innenstadt mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Top Restaurants und Cafés. In ca. 25 Minuten erreicht man das Stadtzentrum von Nürnberg, den Flughafen oder die Messe Nürnberg. Auch das Wanderparadies der fränkischen Schweiz ist nicht weit entfernt.

Wir bieten ein schönes Ferienhaus in der Fränkischen Schweiz. Nachdem unsere Kinder ausgezogen sind, haben wir das Haus, welches zentral in einem kleinen Ort liegt, für Gäste vorbereitet. Nur wenige Meter entfernt ist ein Gasthaus (Mi+Do Ruhetag) sowie eine Bäckerei im Nachbarort Dank der großzügig und gut ausgestatteten Küche kann man sich auch gut selbst versorgen. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt persönlich, weshalb es schön wäre, wenn Ihr uns eure ungefähre Ankunftszeit bekannt geben könntet.

Das Ferienhäuschen, am Dorfweiher gelegen, wurde 2017 liebevoll nach ökol. Gesichtspunkten renoviert. Der große sonnendurchflutete Wohn- Essbereich mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und die große Terrasse laden zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein. Die Fränkische Schweiz bietet zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Wanderwege führen z.B. direkt am Haus vorbei.

Unser altes Bauernhaus haben wir 2016 liebevoll restauriert. Das Raumklima ist angenehm, weil das ganze Haus mit Wandheizung und Lehmputz ausgestattet ist. Es liegt in einem kleinen Ort mit nur wenigen Wohnhäusern und eignet sich besonders für Naturliebhaber und Menschen, die Ruhe suchen. Auch Kinder kommen auf ihre Kosten. Telefon, Sat-TV und WLAN sind vorhanden, womit sich unsere Unterkunft auch hervorragend für Home Office mit Familie eignet. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 4 km Entfernung.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Ortsteil Tüchersfeld Das komplette Haus wurde 2017 renoviert, Parken ist direkt am Haus möglich. Die Unterkunft verfügt über zwei große und ein kleines Schlafzimmer . Des Weiteren gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Küche & einen Gemeinschaftsraum. Neben dem renoviertem Badezimmer mit WC, Dusche & Badewanne gibt es ein zweites Bad mit Dusche/ WC. In Tüchersfeld gibt es nur eingeschränkt Mobilfunkempfang!
