This 40sqm, one bedroom apartment is perfect for couples with even a child or for small group of travellers or students visiting Budapest for short or medium stay. Andrássy Avenue, the Opera, and much more are all right here. Restaurants and the city's famous ruin bars are on the next street. Day parking garage is available in the next building for daily fee. There is a gym very close to our house just one streets away (within 100meter). It is called Tempelfit and they offer good daily rates (HUF 2000) and very favourable 8 occasion rate (HUF 9000). They offer large Finnish and infra sauna, free Wifi, unlimited sugar-free soft drinks as well. If you are living an active life, you definitely have to check out this place.

In the heart of the city, in Király Street, a brand new stylish apartment with an elevator, and a balcony overlooking the inner garden. The apartment has a modern kitchen, and a comfortable bathroom. Air conditioning and a safe are also available to guests. The apartment is equipped, smart TV and Netflix enhance the experience. The special feature of the house is that there is a pool on the roof, from which you can see a wonderful panorama of Budapest while cooling off. We provide a free garage.

New, modern and comfortable apartment in a quiet and friendly, patinated downtown house. In the city center, in the most exciting quarter, 1 minute from Andrássy Avenue, on Király street. All of the party places (Gozsdu, Szimpla, Liszt Ferenc, Deák square) are within a few minutes walk. There are plenty of shops within a few steps, the Music Academy, Market Hall, parking garage right in the neighbour. Opera Metro station is 2 minutes walk, a trolleybus stop just at the entrance of the building.

Live like a local citizen! The studio apartment is our own flat, what we started listing on airbnb in 2014. During this time, we learnt a lot from our guests, and we're always improving something in the apartment. The building is historic, approximately 150 years old. But the flat is modern, and was recently renovated. It is situated in the city centre, so you can reach everything within a few steps. We're looking forward to welcome you!
