Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. Second bedroom has a trilogy bunk with single over double bed and two seperate single beds. Spacious second bathroom with spa bath to sooth the weary legs. The living area features a great sized kitchen, dining area and comfortable couches. There is also a huge balcony overlooking the playground and toboggan area. Laundry and toilet downstairs also.

It's only a short walk from the main car park & over-snow transport is available for your checkin/out (additional cost).

There is a King Bed (that can be unzipped for 2xKS) & a single fold out couch with spectacular views with an outside balcony 🏔 There is a small kitchenette with a kettle, toaster, microwave, mini fridge & electric wok. A good excuse for a snow trip away.

This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

The house is close to the high country with beautiful views. The apartment is ideal for a small family or couple. Even though it is attached to the house it is very private. All bedding/towels etc. supplied. Guests interested in accessing Mt. Buller for the snow season, mountain biking, bush walking or just taking in the wonderful scenery will find this location ideal.
