Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Creekside Cabin- Private Mountain Log Cabin

Located in Hot Springs, NC, Creekside Cabin is a truly unique hand-crafted cabin. Built with wood from Wyoming snow fencing, mountain laurel hand railings, West Virginia red oak flooring and walls covered with Poplar tree bark, the cabin includes a king size pillow top bed, a sleeper sofa in the living area and a beautiful futon made from birch. On those chilly nights, sit by the stone fireplace or soak in the private outdoor hot tub or enjoy a fire in the firepit along the banks of the creek.

The well-stocked kitchenette provides for all basic food preparation needs, and the town of Hot Springs is only a two minute drive away. Hurricane Helene update: We are fortunate that our property is higher up and did not flood. Thanks to the hard work of many people, all utilities have been restored at the cabin.
