We reside upstairs but your space is completely private with your own separate entrance. You also have a private outdoor patio space with fire pit to relax and enjoy the beauty around you! You could even take a dip in your own hot tub and watch the stars at night. Lots of beautiful nearby hiking, mountain biking and the Susquehanna river boat launch is only 1 mile away!

This is a secluded family destination in Amish country but close to numerous amenities. You will enjoy beautiful views of the pond from all floors and decks. From the wide open fields, to the gorgeous sunsets, then when the sun goes down look to the North and see the lights of Lancaster city. You will definitely see an Amish buggy pass by during your stay.

Beautiful Creekside Cabin

The beautiful cabin is a nature lover's paradise with a babbling brook that offers solace for the body and soul. It is a retreat that will allow you to feel the presence of God as you relax and take deep breaths! This home has a master bedroom with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with a single trundle bed. The kitchen is slightly stocked (pots, dishes, drip coffee maker, small refrig and an antique stove, but no working oven). A gas fireplace adds a cozy feature to the living space.

1700’s historic waterfront cottage

Be a part of history while staying on this waterfront property of the Ironmaster's Mansion. The two-story stone guesthouse, steps away from the mansion, was built in the year 1715. The timeless character of the home, paired with the peaceful property creates an escape that feels like you've gone back in time, all while being only 20 minutes outside of Lancaster City. The mansion was home to the first treasurer of the US, General Edward Hand’s daughter, and President Buchanan’s fiance.
