This unique, one bedroom historic property is situated in the rear corner of what was once the Oakleigh Dairy. Close to public transport, great coffee, shops, parks and bike paths it a wonderful destination in itself, or springboard to all that Melbourne has to offer. Access the dairy by going up the driveway into no 2/53. It is on the right hand side. Our house is the red weatherboard one on the left. The house at the front, 1/53, is a private residence.

Close to Monash fwy for access to the City (20mins), Mornington Peninsula (60mins) & Yarra Valley wineries (60mins).
