Welcome to The Willow at Hillway Huts, a shepherd's hut located on the outskirts of the village of Bembridge, Isle of Wight. A unique place to stay with views of the surrounding countryside, Bembridge airfield and our chickens. A short walk to Whitecliff Bay, the coastal path, local footpaths, a pub, bus stop and on the Round the Island cycle route. Bembridge is a lovely coastal village on the eastern tip of the Isle of Wight, surrounded by beaches a quirky harbour with working fishing boats. The village has a real sense of community with a village hall for events, a butchers, bakers, fishmongers, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Bembridge RNLI Lifeboat reinforces the respect the village has for its history.

Unique English Heritage Escape in *Bembridge* IOW

'The Annexe' forms part of the main residence built on the old parade ground of Steyne Wood Battery. The Battery was built on the eastern coastline of the Isle of Wight and became a scheduled monument in 2015, being one of the best surviving Victorian Batteries and, as such, all the bomb proof shelters, ammunition stores, gun positions and defensive structures in the surrounding grounds remain intact.
