We're centrally located between Woodstock, Kingston & New Paltz, with easy access to the Gunks, Mohonk Preserve, Minnewaska State Park, and tons of antique stores and tiny towns. Our house includes 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a jacuzzi bathtub, a deck with a grill and picnic table, a fire pit, and a stone fire place. We endeavor to make our home feel like yours! All backgrounds are welcome!

Welcome to the Sunset Garden room. You will be staying in a hand built studio apartment featuring a Queen bed, a kitchenette, a small table, and a sitting/reading nook. There is a well lit handicap accessible private entrance, and sliding glass doors to a bluestone patio. The bathroom features a wheelchair accessible shower, and a soaking tub. You will be walking distance from the town , with a fine selection of eateries and shops . Nature abounds, with close access to trails.

Mahali Petu - A Big Little House

Mahali Petu is a five year old guest house situated well off the road with meadow views. It is built of high quality materials and finishes. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers custom cabinetry & granite countertops. The full bath offers a walk-in European shower with dual shower heads. There is extensive outdoor decking with seating, a gas grill, fire pit, hot tub and an outdoor shower. Peaceful and quiet, yet walking distance to High Falls restaurants and shops.

Retreat to a beautiful cabin and get lost on two wooded acres. Reconnect with nature in your own way - hike around nearby Lake Minnewaska, or another of the dozens of incredible trails in the area. Explore infinity under a blanket of stars and share stories gathered around the firepit. When you’re called inside, grab a book and settle in by the fireplace. Then cook a meal in our well-equipped kitchen or on the grill, and enjoy it on the patio overlooking the property.

Relax in the open dining room, enjoy cooking from the privacy of your well stocked kitchen, or take it outside to the grill, and soak in the magic of the Hudson Valley. Wake up to the sound of the babbling brook outside, then make the most of all the wonders of upstate life, before heading home to light the fire and snuggling up under the stars.

Located in historic High Falls on Leggett Road, one of the loveliest roads in the area, is your private cottage. Just renovated, it has all new amenities. The location is steps away from the rail trail where you can bike or walk. Stone Ridge and High Falls are a half-mile away for all your shopping. Situated between the majestic Shawangunks and the Catskills; outdoor activities, farm to table restaurants, breweries and farmers markets abound.

Welcome to your High Falls getaway: a dog-friendly 3bd/3bath home complete with a hot tub, outdoor shower, chef's kitchen, wood stove, fire pit, and propane grill for entertaining your friends and family. Sonos Bluetooth speakers are provided throughout the house, a Smart TV with all of your favorite streaming apps, a large collection of board games, and laundry facilities are all available for you to use during your stay.

Prime location in beautiful small town of Rosendale. Will consider dog guests, too. Please just message for information. $50 pet fee PER pet.
